FinZolve ("we", "us") operates www.finzolve.com as an independent digital loan distribution platform. We help applicants submit loan enquiries to registered banks and Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs) in India. We are not a bank and we do not lend money directly.

2. Information we collect

When you use our website or application form, we may collect: mobile number, name, email address, PAN, loan type and purpose, requested loan amount, pincode, city, state, and any message you send via WhatsApp or email.

If you leave the form before completing it, we may record your mobile number as an incomplete enquiry when you have ticked the consent checkbox and clicked Continue or moved away from the mobile field.

By submitting the application form and accepting our Terms & Conditions, you consent to us sharing your information with banks and NBFCs in our partner network for eligibility assessment, KYC, and loan processing.

Each lender has its own privacy practices; we encourage you to review their policies before signing any loan agreement.

5. Security and retention

We use industry-standard safeguards including encrypted transmission (HTTPS) for data sent through this website. No method of electronic storage is completely secure; you acknowledge this inherent risk.

We retain application data only for as long as needed for partner matching, customer support, and legal or regulatory requirements under Indian law.

6. Your rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data, or withdraw consent for future marketing, by emailing us at solutions@finzolve.com. We will respond within a reasonable period as required under applicable law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, where applicable.
